We're a local bike shop focused on precise, no-nonsense service. From wheel building and fixed-gear setups to everyday tune-ups and repair, we diagnose clearly, explain what matters now, and do work that matches how you actually ride.

We try to keep the process simple: request a service either online or by phone. We'll schedule a time to assess your ride and provide a clear estimate of what work needs doing and how much it will cost. We'll keep you in the loop as work proceeds and provide a detailed report of the work when it's complete.

How It Works

1. Start a service request. Tell us what feels off, what you use the bike for, and what outcome you want.
2. We inspect and assess. We provide a clear assessment and estimate so you're informed before work begins.
3. Review status and approvals, stay up to date online. Your customer account shows the request status, estimates, billing, and provides an area to ask questions about the job.
4. Collect the completed item. At pickup, you'll have a clear summary of what changed and what to watch next.
