These Shop Policies describe how our service workflow is handled. Booking and cancellation: - Please arrive on time for booked appointments. - If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible. Estimates and approvals: - We provide an estimate before work starts when possible. - If additional repairs are found, we request approval before proceeding. Parts and delays: - Some work may be delayed due to parts availability. - We will keep you updated if timelines change. Pickup and storage: - Completed bikes should be picked up promptly. - Extended storage may incur additional fees.
