How do I check the status of my service request?
Sign in to your customer account and open your service request from the 'My Requests' link under the Workshop tab. This area shows current progress on jobs including assessment notes, estimate approvals, billing, and service history.
Do I need an account to request bike service?
No. You can phone us to start a service request. However, if you start a service request online the site will ask you to sign in or create a customer account before the request is submitted. We use this to keep the request, bike details, approvals, and history together.
Can I look up past repair history?
Past service records are tied to the customer account. If we have your email address but you booked your service not using the website, you should be able to login using the 'forgot password' link at the login page.
Can I approve an estimate online?
Yes. When the shop asks for estimate approval, the service request page shows the updated estimate and lets you approve or decline it from your customer account. We may also reach out directly for approval on estimates.
